Well, now they know exactly how it was done, when it was done and what was done, it should be easy to prove from the retained samples that he was guilty.
Shouldn't it?

BBC Sport - Lance Armstrong: Usada report reveals doping evidence
This looks to be reaching a blockbuster conclusion

Have read through a fair bit of the report. Its pretty damning and hopefully the beginning of the end for those that run the UCI. Armstrong has nowhere to run now. Its pretty sad as he was a hero to so many. I wonder what impact it will have on the Livestrong brand.

Biggest. Sporting. Cheat. Ever.
How anyone can defend him now I will never know.

Hincapie's affidavit is pretty damning (as are the others):

The USADA's "reasoned decision" is here:

This is just a "summary", the full report is apparently 1,000 pages !

Time for the thread title to change methinks, the use of the term WITCH HUNT suggests some form of innocence on Armstrongs part.

Such a great shame this whole thing data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
I really did believe Armstrong when he said he was innocent.
Basically has just gone and got a load of dog poo and rubbed it all over his legacy and charity work.but it was him who got the poo! data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Yep.
From the BBC...
Lance Armstrong's reputation lies in tatters after the United States Anti-Doping Agency labelled him a "serial" cheat who led "the most sophisticated, professionalised and successful doping programme that sport has ever seen".
Speculation's all well and good, but in a case like this I guess it's usually better to wait for the evidence to be revealed.

Reading that affidavit of Hincapie's it seems to point that during the late 90s to just a few years back every single rider was using banned substances. So presumably they should strip every rider who won the Tour De France from 1997 to a few years back of their titles?
So presumably Lance has been singled out due to his success and his false claims of never having taken any performance enhancing substances.
