If he wasn't guilty he would fight this to the end, in my opinion it just proves his guilt.
Sounds like he's scared of certain details coming out.

Also there will now be a tribunal where all the facts will be heard and presented.
Looks like the Lance apologists will be in for a rude awakening.
I would of liked to have seen what drugs were in his system pre and more importantly post cancer.

That's fine.Let the facts out.But whatever, the man has been publicy convicted and punished by the US anti-doping authorities before the trial and the evidence have come out. That's the problem. The US ADA have shown themselves to be a bunch of powerful bully boys who put their opinion first and people's rights to a fair trial very much second.Which in turn totally discredits them and their impartiality and the absolutely essential perception that they themselves are above reproach.
I would tear down the whole system, sack everyone who is responsible for this utter farce and start again with an agency that is untouched by this McCarthy-istic power crazed abuse.

Armstrong has waived his right to arbitration. How many times do we have to say it? You can't avoid conviction by saying 'Nah, I'm through with this, I'm not going to court'.
WADA rules give USADA the right to sanction Armstrong, a TEXAN judge confirmed they have the right. Armstrong had the right to fight his case at the COURT OF ARBITRATION FOR SPORT. ARMSTRONG chose not to, thus confirming the charges.
Why don't you don your Livestrong kit, your Oakley shades, your Giro helmet, pull up your Nike socks, hop on your Trek, go for a ride and forget that your hero was not superman but just a fallible individual who resorted to doping like many others of his generation.

Those in the cycling sport have had their suspicions for many years but becuase he was the poster boy of cycling especially being an American and that olde amaerican dream etc etc he got a free ride he also got help in covering loads of stuff up.
His cancer helped him as well to cover up drug use IMO but thats just me.

Streuth, I'm only asking for the evidence to be shown before the man is cruxified.

And again, Armstrong not contesting the charges is an attempt to PREVENT the evidence being made public.
Anyway, we're never going to agree on the man so let's leave it there.
