Absolutely I do. You are entitled to your opinion. I disagree with it. You seem a little obsessed by it.

The future is undoubtedly the effective use of reliable technology. In my opinion, we're not quite there yet. In your opinion, the correct decisions outweighing the incorrect ones is enough to warrant it's use.
Two perfectly rational opinions. We'll agree to disagree.

Ah, the Aussies have turned to something we do so well. When your national team fails you look for people to blame other than your own players.

Its such a comical story, so he could get away with a potential edge but could be utterly scuppered by an lbw call, yeah makes sense

Slightly off topic here. What a game in the T20 last night. Hampshire v Lancashire, 400 runs in 40 overs and it went to the last ball. Brilliant

If Pieterson has been using silicon tape then it didn't workin the first innings as hotspot showed he had nicked the ball when he was given out LBW. Of course the third umpire missed that.
Yeah I watched that, an unbelievable game of cricket. I don't think it'll be long before we see Michael Carberry playing one day cricket for England.

Maybe the batsmen are only putting tape on the outside edge of their bats? Wouldn't make sense to put it on the inside edge.

The whole tape on the edge of the bat issue seems a bit odd, but what's clear is that both teams are having serious issues with DRS.
I think Vaughan has called for Hot Spot to be got rid of. Cook and his players are clearly mystified by it.
BBC Sport - Ashes 2013: Alastair Cook says bat tape reports are 'rubbish'
Then you have players asking for a review despite edging it, and other players not asking for a review even though they haven't hit it! data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
Refine the technology, then use it, not before. 1 odd DRS incident can easily overshadow a few correct ones.

I only live 4 miles from the Riverside and had originally planned to go for all 5 days, Then the ECB announce its £80 a day plus booking fee, Not a chance me and my mates were paying that, to be honest the price put that many off i couldnt even get a group of us to go for one day, im going tomorrow with my dad,
I dont know how they can get away with charging so much, the last test durham staged the tickets were no where near as expensive, should take a leaf out the aussies book, my mate has tickets to all 5 days at the MCG in December and paid around £120 for the lot
