Was dull. Fair play to MW he did everything he planned to do and worked a treat and is one of the best ever at what he does. But it was still boring as a spectacle.

Love him or hate you got to admire him. I don't know what people was expecting really, MW has never been a big hitter he is a technical boxer much like Lennox Lewis and he showed the world why he will be classed as one of the greats if not the greatest.

Personally I can't stand the man but I appluad him for his boxing ability and nouse. Hope he fights Khan next to shut the mouthy boltonian up. As for Pacman retire gracefully you have had a great career and shouldn't have any regrets about last night

Unless Khan decides he is going to miss Ramadan, or the September fight is towards the end of September - I don't see that fight happening. Ramadan ends mid July.

Also I've read that Floyd is relinquishing his belts on Monday, that probably makes it less attractive for Khan.

So what did I miss then?

Was it good or did it pan out as 99% of the worlds population thought it would? - a 12 round plod for MW...

I didn't watch it as a) I couldn't be arsed because b) it was nothing more than a shameless money earner and a non event with regards Mannys decline. I feel a bit sorry for you guys who paid and sat up for it as I can almost feel the disappointment, not so much at the result (that was expected) but, at the fight in general. FB is awash with people moaning about it...data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Reading reviews, it looked exactly like the anticlimax I thought it would be. Manny out of puff by the fourth and allowing MW to bore his way to victory once that happened. What a waste of everyone's time and money, not that either of them will be complaining.

MW has to be applauded for his ability as he is a great boxer but that's all the credit I'd give him. He'll forever be tarnished in my eyes at not taking this fight years ago when it would have mattered, and which would have fully justified his best ever tag had he won then.

Manny should retire now as reading the reports, he looks totally finished. At least he got got a whopping payday to go out on, so he can thank MW for that I guess.

Manny had his few rounds but I really expected (and wanted) him to bring it more. Didn't throw enough or cut MW up in the later half of the flight. Floyd did what Floyd does best and props to him for that.

Please I did not buy a ticket for this sticking pile of poo- not that I could afford without putting the wife on the game several times lol

Really surprised to read MW through more punches? Like others at times I thought pacman was only there for pay day. I can't believe he thought he had won. A blind man could see how one sided this was.

I think if MW would stand and fight pacman would win but he's a sly old fox. Ha ho that's boxing though I guess.

What did you miss? Depends if you like your boxers going hell for leather for 12 rounds or you appreciate a fight won by a boxer outclassing a worldclass opponent with his technical ability.

If I want to watch dancing I will go to ballet! I thought pacman was going to come out with a pedometer at one point as he was chasing around so much!

I was surprised how much boo's Mayweather was receive last night, thought he would have had the advantage playing at his home nation but it was the opposite.

Looks like Mayweather won the title but Pacquiao won the hearts of the people. Much respect for the humble boxer!

I appreciate MW's sublime talent but, I wanted to him see use that talent to take on the relentlessly brutal animal of 6 years ago, not the pale imitation who stood in his place for the payday. Outclassing a world class opponent who doesn't look to have the energy to make a fight of it past the halfway stage isn't something I'd want to appreciate in all honesty.

Anyway it's done now so all this MW v Manny nonsense will finally end now - hopefully data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
