That’s it, I’m now buying a VR set, just the sound alone was enough to take me back 20 years and the excitement I felt playing HL.
Now just give me a VR Portal please Valve.
This announcement will probably force me to finally upgrade my PC and buy into VR. Not going to be cheap, and neither is the game at $59!

It looks great and hopefully a proper headset seller but rest assured there is a lot of quality VR stuff out there. If HL is the game to make you jump in that is fab but make sure you check out all the other stuff too .. much of it you may already own
A VR headset these days is pretty cheap to buy if you're on a budget. The WMR headsets, whilst they're not the best quality and experience available, can be picked up for a couple of hundred dollars/quid.
If you want to spend a bit more you can get a Quest or Rift S for 399, although with the Quest you'll also need to pick up a Link cable for 79 to play PC VR games with it.
Been admiring how well the gravity gloves look like the Knuckles, even the strap emulates the Knuckles.
And Alyx's hands look lovely. Not since Perfect Dark have I admired a ladies' rendered digits so much. I hope we can customise her nail art data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
