Obviously depends on which genres you listen to...
If you like the Floyd, then the Analogue Productions version of 'Wish You Were Here' is excellent IMHO.I got mine from Acoustic Sounds in the USA (was cheapest route at the time).
If you like classical, then 'A Violin for All Seasons'- BBC SO, Tasmin Little, Chandos - is an excellent demonstration of the benefits of the much larger dynamic range of SACD.Deeper and wider soundstage, pick out the exact placement of instruments in the recording venue.
MOFI 'Breakfast in America' - Supertramp;'The Night Fly' - Donald Fagan'; 'Aja' and 'Gaucho' - Steely Dan; 'No Secrets' - Carly Simon
'The Very Best of Acoustic Alchemy' is just one of a huge number of Red Book CDs that become stunning on the DCD-2500NE.
- and many more...
I concur with Gibbsy - I have to, he got me hooked data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 - all the SACDs I've got from Discogs have been new and sealed, and cheaper than Amazon and elsewhere.

Looking at the inside of the Marantz SA-10, I may add some ferrite sleeve's to the internal power cables in my 2500NE:-

My new DCD-1600NE should arrive tomorrow, I had to wait whilst new stock arrived in the country. My traded in Pioneer PD-30AE has already been sold by the dealer on Ebay (someone got a bargain there IMO).

Each time I go onto Amazon the SACD prices have changed from the last time, both up and down, sometimes considerably

It can be same on Discogs. There's one dealer than I use on a regular basis from the US that when he sells a copy of an SACD and has another one available he'll put the price up a little. It's back down then when other sellers list the the album.
He does charge the same as MoFi for new releases, which is odd, but because he's a secondary seller then there's no import duty. I've never failed to get a new release off him.

Two have been mentioned on Discogs, veteranrocker tends to come up with most SACD searches and HenryHonda has also highlighted CollectorsChoiceIntl.I've not used the latter but they have a big choice as so I'll stick a couple of titles that I'm looking for, I do tend to look for just mint condition titles and may have missed CCI on those particular titles. I'll have a good look tomorrow.

I read all reply’s and links with much interest (and amusement).
And now I’m just curious. If the PMA and DCD 2500 are both equipped with the same Burr Brown PCM1795 DAC, does anyone hear any difference when connecting the DCD to the PMA digitally (optically or coaxial) and letting the PMA do the conversion?
I can imagine that it should sound better when the DAC is handled outside the amplifier, on a different power supply, and better shielded from each other. Especially on higher listening volumes.

I only use the DCD 2500's DAC. It has the best detail I've heard on any of my players, by some margin and I have four players, three of which are SACD. If the optical connection with the PMA doing the job does any better then it will sound astounding.
