What I find mentally challenging and fascinating is that if nobody knows the make/model of the phone, then how and with what is it being attempted to flash it?

Hello, i did not know that from the start. it was so hard.
It's so hard because you don't know the make and model of the phone and sadly with Chinese phones of the type you have there is no support, no information, just nothing. So then it's hard to know where to start, as you have found out.
Did manage to find some info purely by one of the screenshots posted earlier but trying to find out more about Indigi and having worked out the model, all avenues have now been exhausted. there is no support for this phone..

You are going t keep finding these errors because as @Bl4ckGryph0n has stated you do not know the basic detail, Make and Model, of the phone, so you don't really know for sure which software and file is needed to do what your trying to do.
