Does anyone have issues with chrome playing embedded videos in full screen? When I make the video full screen it freezes and starts buffering. Tried it on youtube and other browsers and it doesn't seem to be an issue.
Only issue I have is that mine keeps randomly sitting itself off!It will only come back on using volume up power button .
There's a long thread on the oneplus forum, where I have made several contributions.
I would suggest anyone thinking of buying one has a good read of it.
Can see how frustrating that would be. I have had no issues with that.
Is it a hardware or software problem?
OnePlus are normally excellent at listening to customers and sorting issues
No idea what the problem is, but there's loads of people who have it.
I've seen one article where oneplus acknowledge the issue, but no further updates.
If I'd read the article first , I would not have bought the phone!
There is problems with every make of phone
Oneplus have a very good repuatation for reliability.
Although it may seem like a lot of people on the forum it might not be widespread.
It's certainly not made the press like the S10 did.
It did make the press, hence the one article where oneplus admit there is an issue.
The thing with the OnePlus forums is it's primarily a community forum and not a support forum and there is a lot of noise over there. I would raise a ticket whilst it's under warranty.
Fair enough, I just hadn't heard myself unprompted without searching first.
I've been on live chat, where they 'sort of' acknowledge the issue by saying a fix is on the way.
Several people have sent phones back, only to have them returned, as there's no issue when it reaches oneplus!!
I'm seriously considering getting rid and moving back to Samsung.
Android 10 Open Beta is out now, anyone going for it?
