Surely it's down to the individual units if not everyone is affected. Have no problems with mine whatsoever. Best phone I've owned and far from 'garbage'.

techquest Publish time 27-11-2019 22:19:18

In @Parry's case, as he has stated the phone has been tested and has been reported as working to spec and therefor he has no way of getting Samsung or the ISP to do anything about his problem.

Yes it seems not all users have theses issues. So which model do you have and who is you service provider?

dts197 Publish time 27-11-2019 22:19:19

Clearly it's not working to spec.

Note 10 , Chinese version with a Three sim.

techquest Publish time 27-11-2019 22:19:21

Okay so not the same as a European or UK version. Is it the dual sim N9760? It's said that this is a better version of the phone. So maybe there are issues with the model @Parry has.

N9750. Links were posted to the US site with problems and they're different to the European Exynos models.

Try reading i lttile more , some uk owners are on those threads plus one link is for ee uk forum

I'm well aware of that. I was responding to someone talking about the European models by saying links were provided to Samsung US. Anyway, enjoy your phone.

I would say that if all user were in an area of low signal strenth and had someone also on the same network in a different phone they would see that other phone would a much superior signal strenth .
Untill your in thatsituation you dont really notice how bad the note 10 5g signal really is .

techquest Publish time 27-11-2019 22:19:26

I agree with what your saying. It is very difficult for someone who is not seeing such problems to comprehend how others might be having such issues.

In any event 5G, even though is available in the UK, is probably not going to be anything like it's suggested abilities for some time to come. ISP's are pushing their limited abilities in an effort to gain more customers in the hope that future 5G will provide the capabilities that are enjoyed in countries like China. We no doubt lag way behind them as far as 5G goes.

I really do regret buying this phone I have the Plus 5G variant- I jumped from my Huawei Mate 10 Pro to this and consider my Mate 10 Pro camera and battery far superior.
I did get a good deal, £0 upfront on Vodafone 20GB Data and £42.70 per month.
