Really like the look of sequential mode on that thing. It's a shame they don't sell a cheaper sequential only model. I've got very little need for a H-gate shifter as I don't generally 'drive' sim cars that use it.
On another topic....
Gentlemen, what do you think of the (likely true) rumours that Fanatec gear may not work with the XBone? Obviously this extends to Logitech and Thrustmaster wheels too, but then they have never worked on the 360 anyway.
Seems like a major bummer for people with X360 compatible Fanatec set-ups now that they most likely can't use their equipment on the new console. I know the wheel market is a small one so it's probably not even a consideration to Microsoft.
I fully expect the PS4 to accept USB wheels which won't present a problem for any brand of wheel, although until this is confirmed it's still up in the air.

I hope that the current generation of wheels will work on the PS4. It's a shame about xbone but given MS' atrocious licensing model for the 360 I'm not surprised at all by this. Just look at their decision about already existing headsets etc.
As much as I like sim racing games sometimes I just want to play a GT/Forza type game which the pc doesn't really seem to have. I think the nearest thing to those on the pc are the shift games, and I've already played shift 2 to death.
Somehow I don't see myself being able to afford a new wheel as well as a PS4.

I must have sent a dozen tweets to sony staff asking if current gen ps3 wheels would work on the ps4, since they've not replied I'm taking it as a No. I'm not ordering any next gen console until it's officially confirmed my thrustmaster wheel and shifter will work.

Thrustmaster make the official Gran Turismo wheel these days do they not? You would think there would be no issue with the T500 whatsoever on PS4, therefore USB wheels will be ok.
Then again, the Fanatec CSR/CSR Elite wheels where the official wheels of Forza 4 and look what has happened there. Microsoft throwing one of their partners under the bus. I expect this from MS as they like to keep a tight control over their licensing of peripherals as I'd imagine it's a cash-cow for them.

Last time I looked Thomas said he was looking at ways to make current Fanatec (360) wheels work with Xbox One, so you'd assume by way of an adapter or something perhaps, if at all possible. Problem with any kind of adapter is that you always run the risk of introducing lag data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
At E3 Forza 5 was running with a Thrustmaster wheel so you'd assume there will be an official Forza tie up with that.

I wouldn't know where to look. He got back to me and it's $30 delivered for the rod, he doesn't make the plate.

I think it is another nail in the coffin of me getting an xbox one
assuming the GT2 and clubsports work on the ps4 (along with my gaming headset) I would have to be off my trolley to not get a ps4 if i want a new console. Forza 5 looks good but it doesnt look £500 good (plus the console)
