Just run benchmarks, and well all settings on high i was getting an average of 50 fps the lowest it went was 31 fps, and the highest was around 85 fps, going to have to play about with the settings and see which ones i can lower.

By adding rdr2.exe in "Advanced Threat Defense" in Bitdefender worked for me.
