Stopping smoking for me had to click that switch on in my brain and after that it wasn't a matter of trying so much but just dealing with the withdrawal and understanding what was going on and why - which is what made it bearable and surprisingly very very easy.

Errrr, I think you will find it was YOU who asked what was wrong with ME first,not the other way round.
As I said, keep up with the thread please, it's tedious having to go back and correct blatant inaccuracies.
If I get a reaction from those who are pretending to have stopped smoking, that is their problem, not mine.
