Don't subway microwave or grill or whatever some of their sandwiches?
When they do that is it then fast food?

They offer to toast the buns, I think.
Doesn't it then become a toasted sandwich?
A toastie?
I dunno, I just wouldn't class a sandwich as fast food, hot or cold.
But, like I said, a burger is effectively a hot sandwich.
I'm not saying their aren't holes in my argument, I'm just saying I have an idea of what fast food is.
And if I'm being totally honest, I wouldn't class chinese/Indian/pizza as 'fast food'
I would class them as takeaway.data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Yeah, it's all very cloudy, someone should add some clarity to the whole thing...
To me a sandwich is in slices of bread not a bun/roll data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
Yeah, I think I said that a few posts back too data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Oh dear. Just gone out hand had a box of fries with plenty of chilling and mayo from the local chicken place. Look out for my thread asking for gym advice later on. Need to seriously hit the gym from the weekend onwards.

Fish and chips from my local aren't greasy. I know exactly what's in it and it doesn't make me feel bad. Good fish and chips are a great meal.
It's all down to personal taste though.
As I said, I find the taste and smell of a BK burger or KFC quite gross.
I make my own burgers which has probably got a lot to do with it. A few simple good quality ingredients and no additives. Can't beat it data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Well if we based it on the term 'fast' food, then it's only McDonalds, KFC, Burger King etc that really count.
My local Indian takes at least 45 minutes, more often than not over an hour. Hardly what i'd call fast.
At any rate, we eat out (indian, chinese etc), whether take-away or sit down, about once every 2-3 months I suppose, maybe less. Proper fast food about once every 2 years or so.
I'd much rather spend an hour a day cooking proper food, which is what I do data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
