I have about one frozen pizza a week. Everything else is home made.

Maybe a fish supper once a week. Never ever eat from Burger King, Mcdonalds etc. Even the smell from those places turns my stomach.

A trip to the kebab or fish and chip shop once a week as far as take away fast food I'd say on average.I can go a week without a take away and not realise. It's financially driven more than anything else currently, I can eat 3 to 4 day's from a supermarket for what 1 takeaway costs.

I'm watching what I eat as I'm trying to lose weight and exercising a lot so guess about once every few months we might have fish and chips or take the kids to MaccyD's
We always cook everything from scratch and dont buy ready meals as its healthier for the kids and we like to know whats in what we eat

Very little tbh, barely once a month. But I did buy one of those whole bbq chickens from tescos today, only a £1.

Doesn't your service station sell anything other than pasties or pork pies as in my day they used to sell reasonable quality sandwiches too
