If you can cope with it -
Make your own bread - Tesco strong white flour 1.5 kg (will make three loaves) 60p.Fresh yeast - free, ask the baker (each loaf needs 14g), 2 tsp salt and 300ml warm water for each loaf.1tsp sugar will help the yeast to start working if you have it. That means you can easily have toast for breakfast and sandwiches at lunchtime - plus its tasty and doesn't have all the preservatives etc in of shop bread
Tesco everyday spread 75p
Tesco penne 1.34 for 1 kg
Tesco sieved tomato passata 29p x3
Teco value onions 1kg 69p
Cathedral city mature cheddar 350g 2.19 (currently half price)
baking potatoes 750g 75p
country store frozen garden peas 1kg 99p
tesco frozen sliced carrots 1kg 1.00
tesco value eggs box 15 1.25
Total 10.43
This allows you to have -
Pasta with tomato sauce and veg (make extra sauce and have on jacket potatoes)
Jacket potatoes with sauce/cheese
Egg/cheese sandwiches
Toast
Scrambled/poached eggs on toast
Boiled eggs
Omelette/frittata
Should be plenty to last 4 days

poundland-
loaf of bread £1
2 litres of milk £2
cereal type 1 £1
cereal type 2 for variety £1
margarine £1
eggs £1
crisps £1 (if not poundland then another supermarket brand)
cheese slices £1 (might need to go to tesco)
fish fingers £1
oven chips £1
pretty easy really. you could do it much cheaper with just milk, bread, cereal and marge, but you might already have some marge
if you look at the baked beans isle you will see all sorts of cheap stuff you can eat with bread for variety. i presume you have tea/coffee, or you can get cheap stuff for £1, likewise you will probably have other stuff in the cupboard freezer like condiments

Lidl is pretty cheap if your on this limited type of budget.
500 Gram Bag of Pasta 55p
Big bag of Oven Chips 66p
8 pack of smoked bavarian Ham 80 pence
Jar of Pesto £1
6 pack of rolls 49p
You can normally find a large pizza of one brand or another for a pound or less which can be shared.
EDIT :
I'm currently trying to live on £20 a week all in including household items and alcohol etc, last two weeks I've managed to get it down to £22.50.That's not been easy though and some nights I've eaten out at family so it hasn't cost me anything.

Easy.
A few potatoes, carrots, swede, onion, leeks, stock cubes (if you have any).
Dice them all, throw them all into a large pan, fill with water and make a stew.
Should cost no more than a couple of quid and will make 2 meals for 2 people (4 in total).
Thats what i did last week (i actually threw a diced gamon steak in there too data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Try making your own lentil soup, you can make all different kinds like mushroom, onion or spinnich etc.
I eat stuff like this all the time, I only ever spend around £20 a week on food and never eat junk food.

Head to Lidl. Can probably buy half the store for £11. I'm still surprised at times about how much people buy for about £20

I don't understand the original post. Do you have 11 quid to feed two people for four days?
