I must also be old fashioned then as I can't understand why guys need hairdryers, very odd.

You can blame David Beckham when he started the trend of moisturisers way back then.

Watching a woman beside me on the bike playing solitaire on her phone for 15 mins (she was on the bike too), and then had the cheek to get off it, and wipe the whole bike clean!!!
As if there was actually any sweat on the bike ***!

I saw a girl yesterday on the machine which you need to push your legs apart, but instead of sitting on the seat, was on it in reverse, holding on to the back of the seat in front of her and proceeding to what could only be described as some squat/giration type movement up and down. I'm sure i'd seen that move in an "exotic" club somewhere??
Then a girl who wasn't with her, copied it when she left.

That is common sadly, women think it will give them a nice round bum.

Yep I've watched girls do the same thing on the exact machine you mention.
I've also witnessed guys doing rows for their back on chest press machines and shrugs on shoulder press machines (standing on the seat)

I have been walking on the treadmill, recovering from an injury to my peroneal nerve. Much better than being outside, for a number of reasons ....... Weather, not as firm underfoot, can measure the distance and speed easier and of course have the use of other machines plus convenience of sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool afterwards.
It's a pet hate of mine that others judge, when you really have no idea of someone else's position. I'm going in later to run for 10 minutes on the treadmill to build up the leg and then leave. All part of the physio recommendations so if someone saw me, they could judge like others ......

Makes perfect sense mate. Shame as I enjoy judging other people unfairly, makes me feel better about myself...
Joking aside, I'm talking about a particular group of very overweight women who just walk slowly on the treadmill whilst yacking away to each other for a while. It's not even a brisk walk, more like an amble... They don't build up a sweat or even get out of breath. And yet they do this 3 times a week..

@shodan sorry pal, been feeling the woes of injury for a while now but slowly recovering. It hit a nerve, if you pardon the pun.
