I have been walking on the treadmill, recovering from an injury to my peroneal nerve. Much better than being outside, for a number of reasons ....... Weather, not as firm underfoot, can measure the distance and speed easier and of course have the use of other machines plus convenience of sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool afterwards.
It's a pet hate of mine that others judge, when you really have no idea of someone else's position. I'm going in later to run for 10 minutes on the treadmill to build up the leg and then leave. All part of the physio recommendations so if someone saw me, they could judge like others ...... |
