Free(ish) Training Plan Anyone

I am putting the final touches to a 10 week training plan for strength and size. It wont have a huge amount of detail on exercise technique though, but you can find most of it on my sticky threads. I am willing to send this to anyone for free if they make a donation to any of the service charities. I don't care if you donate 5p or £5 nor will I ask you to prove you donated as I believe you are all honest. I just hope that you will donate to help our servicemen and service women in return for this plan that I am confident is better that many that PTs charge people for.

The final criteria is you stick to the plan, no modifications!! Plus you update this thread on your progress.

Who is in?

I'm game @Wardy257 , I'll bung another tenner into the collection bucket for A Soldiers Journey. Would look to start beginning of April.

this could be interesting.

without giving the game away - how many days a week training is there?
any type of exercises that i would struggle to do in a "metrosexual" gym? (hack squat, yoke, tyre flip, farmers carry (for more than about 5m) etc etc).

if it is based around the main compound lifts with some assistance stuff i might be able to give it a go.

3 days a week, mixture of compounds and assistance plus cardio.

I'm in too... tho, for me it would have to be a wed, thurs, and fri (pref legs on fri so I can run the 3.5 miles home anfterwards) - as i was doing a push, pull, legs last year...

I do kettlebells on a monday and giving this up isn't an option data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Hi Wardy, I am just getting back into exercise after a couple of years laid off through illness. I have committed myself plan is to do a 5k run in June to raise funds for the Royal British Legion & Retired Police Dog Charity (It's called The Big Dog Jog) around Chasewater in Staffordshire in the company of my hefty big Akita.

I have bought i multigym, we have free weights, a treadmill and the good lady even has one of those wobbling machines, but as I am about to hit 60 this year I am struggling to find my bag of motivation and perhaps your 10 week plan will help get me up and going.

If you could kindly let me have a copy I will keep you fully updated on my progress and results.

Cheers!

Michael
