I wonder if this thread is to show off members beer glasses rather than what beers we drink data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7.

How many have made their partner put a really decent beer glass in the other half's bag whilst at a pub ?

Please don't say its just me that has done it data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7.

I've got loads, because I got them free from work. Good glassware is a must - none of the cheap crappy gift box glasses you get with a single beer at the supermarket - pub glass is always tougher data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Have a few prototype examples too. I had a really REALLY nice Staropramen tankard, but someone at my new job pinched it!

I got five of those beer glasses given to me the last time I went to the Fatherland.

I broke one the first day I got home.

So bloody thin at the top it's scary.

I've got about 20 odd of the large beer glasses- not stolen from UK pubs because they tend to be too thick over here. I find it tastes nicer out of a thin topped glass.

Oh I got a few that way!! Staropramen, hoegaarden.

Way back when a local Showcase cinema had a KFC All American Food diner which I have to be honest did some great burgers, but had some excellent milkshakes in proper glass tankards

Needles to say when we walked out it came with us.

.......yeah yeah I know it's not a beer glass, but obviously it has no etching so good for ales etc.                                                                         https://www.avforums.com/attachments/image1473109788-315819-jpg.755215/

I know. I keep looking for Bob in a wheelbarrow. Slightly disappointed he didn't find me

I used to really enjoy Bitburger. Warstiner has a very similar taste.

My local Morrison didn't have any Elvis Juice either, so picked up some 5AM SAINT and PUNK IPA so as not to leave empty handed.

Does anyone else here enjoy the delights of Kilkenny? It's one I haven't seen in Britain for many a year but it's quite easy to find in the likes of Germany and France. I haven't had it for a few years now. I had cancer treatment last year which fouled up my taste buds. I'm recovering well with some tastes but others are still terrible. Meat still tastes disgusting but I can taste quite a few drinks including some wines and beers. I'd love to give Kilkenny a go to see if I can taste it.

Store format and square footage will determine the lines available for most supermarkets. (as well as some regionalisation)
