Have you tried this one? I'm finding myself getting bogged down in reviews and there's negatives at all price points.
I'm setting a limit of £50 because I don't need a pressure cooker/all in one.
Unfortunately, that might be the only way to get a delay timer.
This one is currently in my basket. Seems to do what I want but not sure if 4.5L is big enough for us.

See edit, should be big enough. My 6 litre Instant pot only allows you to put 4.5 litres in it. For a family of 5 that should be enough.
But what about if it only is allowed to be filled to 3 litres?
Would 4.5L capacity not mean exactly that?
I had a look for the Heston one you mentioned earlier in the thread but couldn't find anything. Would you have a link?

On the pressure cookers like the Instant Pot and possibly the Sage it doesn't as you need to leave a litre or two gap when putting the pressure lid on so that the valves don't get splashed.I doubt that's an issue in a slow cooker.When I cooked the Christmas ham in our Instant Pot I filled it near to the top (way past the max line) and used a standard pan lid.
