Anyone recommend a decent book full of slow cooker recipes?
Not looking for 500 ingredient ones.
More the simple kind of, put all these things in the pot and leave for 8 hours! As opposed to, fry this and that for 10 minutes and then transfer to the slow cooker...

Well with the shortening of the days and the foul weather with us I've broken out the Chorizo sausages and the bottom tray of the fridge to make a hearty winter/ish casserole in the IP today.

Going to finally upgrade my SC this winter, current one I've had over 6 years. Faultless but lacking some more modern options.
Made fajitas in mine tonight, superb over 4 hours.

Dug the slow cooker out of the cupboard a couple of weeks ago and have done beef stew and chicken casserole so far. I've got a gammon joint to stick in tomorrow, but just wondering if any has found any new recipes or meals to try?
