Anyone for 7000 soon? Before the end of the month? Two good days anda rise of about 2.4% and we're there.

Though I don't really believe in charts.....every time we've been around the 6800 level, the FTSE has fallen back to around 63-6500 (3 times in 6 months).Be interesting to see if it can advance any more to beat year highs (another 30-40 pts maybe)

About due another pullback so I reckon it depends how far back it falls. If it's only 100 pts or so then maybe 7K on the next leg.

Trading is low over the summer months so I guess this could exaggerate any movement up or down.

I'll go for autumn.

No idea on the 6000 but 7000 2015 now.

Nowhere else to put your cash and get a decent return in the next few years.

Houses, nope, in the bank, lol.

I'm gonna guess that it won't .!

Not been a good 8 days for my pension fund... Last week was the biggest one week fall since 2011. And another 1.6% fall today.

pragmatic Publish time 26-11-2019 02:12:35

Will take a Christmas miracle to get that up to 7000.

Philly112 Publish time 26-11-2019 02:12:35

And a similar miracle for my retirement plans to stay on course...

domtheone Publish time 26-11-2019 02:12:36

Maybe Xmas 2015 now for 7000.

Just think of the juicy bargains the market has presented us with though.

Going to wait a while before i buy a few more but some FTSE 100 shares pretty damn cheap at the mo.

FTSE massively underperformed the Dow now too over the last few years.

Still miles lower than 1999 too//static.avforums.com/styles/avf/smilies/facepalm.gif

Just keep adding and reinvest the dividends.4-7% yield p.a on my FTSE 100 stocks will do.

Would you mind naming a few of the stocks you think are looking cheap at the moment?
