Roflmao you say supposedly checked and clear. So you are now agreeing with me that taxi drivers make up stories that private hire drivers aren’t checked. I mean why else would you make such a comment? Both Taxi drivers and Private Hire drivers are subjected to exactly the same checks before TfL grants the license.

I guess if you had framed it in such a way that only those people subjected to an enhanced DBS shouldn’t be included, and then only of those the crime rate should be included then perhaps I could agree to have a statiscally more accurate comparison.
