I think you missed the point about record low unemployment levels.If there aren't enough British workers to fill the now unfilled roles, training isn't the issue.Don't worry though, we can just recruit people from outside the EU instead once the visa threshold is dropped to a more realistic figure.
And low skilled jobs will always exist.
