What you're attempting to do (at least in your post above) is lay the blame for retaliatory attacks on muslims at the muslims feet, because they didn't speak out against a tiny minority?
Do you also blame rape victims for wearing short skirts, and internet fraud victims for being stupid?

Exactly. If one tiny section of a particular society does something the rest of that society doesn't agree with, just because they haven't gone on a march to condemn it doesn't mean they agree with the actions.
The point Bishi is trying to make just doesn't stand up. I presume that Bishi has been on many marches condemning various actions carried out by the members of his race/religion/society etc?

That is not what I am trying to do at all. I can see the situation getting much worse for the Islamic community in the west and all I am proposing is that they do something about it instead if passively allowing events to overtake them.

Taking direct action against people oppressing them is what got them in this mess in the first place! data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

So exactly what do you suggest they do ? I certainly do not want Powell's 'rivers of blood' speech to become prophetic - do you.?

That isn't quite the case.
There are various groups that oppose the BNP for instance. It isn't a group that acts alone while the rest of the white British community passively sits by.In previous generations we had anti-facist groups that stood against Mosely and his thugs.
Are there any similar groups for Muslims to oppose the militants and extremists?
I don't think the onus should be on any individuals to act, but the fact that the Muslim community as a whole does not seem to be tackling the extremists is creating ill feeling.
The government can't fix that for them, other than to deal with any illegal acts. The response needs to come from within the Muslim community.

The moderate Muslim community needs to take a stand because the radicals are slowly introducing strict rules of dress, laws and behaviour which is not the way things have been in the British Muslim community for decades.
Many Muslims are opposed to this creep, but are afraid to stand up because they will be accused of not adhering to their faith.

Precisely - and if they do nothing they will unfortunately be tarred with the same brush by the ignorant, I'll informed and impressionable people who the Britain First group are hoping to attract - and the constant media attention will undoubtedly negatively influence. This is obvious to me and I am incredulous thy PG does not see this ..!

Perhaps the problem is that no-one listens because it doesn't suit the media agenda (muslims=bad)
