been using this guy for a bit now...great for learning simplified versions of some 3 chord songs

I month on I've got about 6 or 7 songs that I can play

....the guns and roses sweet child of mine is a good one...was never a fan but its nice to play,pretty easy and sounds good.

....and the she sells sanctuary by the cult is another good one .
