Browsing from the avf app, so guessing that the three are paperbacks of the legend and wolf on shadow GN's. The other one is a hardback version of Legend, signed and numbered to 200? Copies.

The first Legend was the paperback, the light coloured one with Druss kneeling down - which he told me when he signed it that he hated it as it made Druss look like an angry Dwarf. The black covered large paperback and hardback release followed.

I think the first five or do hardbacks only had limited hardback releases as they were all intended for library use.

Just got my hands on both Legende and Waylander signed leather bound, silver imbossed french 20th anniversary editions.
Thanks for letting me know of their existence.

I couldn't do that, unless the books I read were crap - I give those to the local charity shop.Otherwise, books are a part of me data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7(one reason why I've rejected the whole Kindle idea).

Sorry, how rude of me...did not want to brag too much.data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

In answer to your questions, Ebay, GBP190 for both...private seller from the UK and he has no others that I am aware of. I thought this 190 was not to bad as on amazon.fr Legende is 800Euros (and only 1 available) while Waylander is 200Euros (and only one available as well).

Hopefully the photos are attached. Waylander is still in its original shrinkwrap, hence no photos.

They have all the illustrations for both books on a gemmell fan website (forget which one). Just google for it.

I am both gutted that I never even saw these on ebay and delighted that a fellow colector got them. Now excuse me while I go and cry in the corner. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Some superb collections here! Some pretty shonky photos of my shelves I've just taken... whenever I try to take photos of stuff like this they always look manky (attaching them here hasn't helped as the forum software has resized them) . data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 I moved all my books recently, putting them in a large bookshelf I had DVD and blu-rays on. It's in full view in the room and I prefer looking at the books to the dvds - plus they don't attract raised eyebrows from visitors as much as lots of dvds do! The majority of the dvds are now out of sight in another bookcase tucked away in an alcove.

A large part of my book collection are non-fiction, especially nature books that I've bought (mostly second-hand) over the last few years. I have a tendency to clear out my fiction books from time to time, giving the ones I'm unlikely to re-read to charity, so I don't have that many. Have most of the Terry Pratchett books though, the paperbacks have been re-read many times and I would have probably benefited from buying the hardbacks with the condition they're now in but haven't got any actually falling to pieces ...yet.

Have started buying Collins New Naturalist books, have six at the moment with most being second-hand out of print editions but did buy a new copy of the Waterfowl book by David Cabot. Some of them are extremely pricey now but fortunately there are cheap reprints by Bloomsbury books from the start of the '90s and I have three of those (British Plant Life, British Mammals, London's Natural History). Haven't read them yet, have leafed through British Thrushes but am currently reading an old 1963 copy of 'The House Sparrow' by J.D. Summers-Smith from the library, which is really good.

Ok so no-one told me this thread existed damn you, I've recently had to get rid of hundred upon hundreds of paperback as I'm moving, got some new shelves put up in new place, but I screwed up in only having two shelves made at the height of the Marvel OHC books so im gonna run out of room, first couple of pics are those shelves which were half full the other month when I took the pics, I might repost them when I've rearranged them a bit and filled them properly. Other pics are just random ones I've found in my photobucket.
