Not being funny but most people with these cameras go looking for trouble, you did set off abruptly knowing what would happen.

I didn't say you expected it or do it all the time, but you chose to accelerate towards the ford focus so you could blast your horn where as most people would have seen the car coming, let it pass and carry on with there day.
Except it wasn't a green light.
I wish I had a dash cam yesterday, some of the stuff I seen was terrible, guy flew through a red light that had been solid red for about 2 seconds at around 40MPH in a 30MPH zone, luckily nobody was crossing or it would have definitely been a nasty accident.
