Tiger on the march but Webb looks well safe.

Some good golf on the TV over the next four days with the Italian open and Memorial along with the LPGA open. The Italian open course looks very nice indeed.

Really looking forward to the memorial tournament. I've set my box to record the featured groups both days plus all of the main coverage. I'll sit down about 9.30pm tonight and speed watch it all by condensing a full days coverage into a couple of hours.
On the range show last night they were talking about it being a faders course. Straight off the bat, you think Tiger, Dustin J and John Rahm - with Justin Rose, Justin Thomas and Rory McIlroy being pretty comfortable fading the ball when need be.
If Tiger brings a good game, he's a really good chance of winning this week - amazing record on pretty much all Jack N designed courses. I think one of the big boys is going to win this week - and if Rose wins, he's world number one!

I do like watching DJ in top form , just makes the golf swing look so simple that anyone could do it . Do wish he would stop with that disgusting spitting habit of his though , yuk.

Tiger spits quite a lot too. What a performance from Tiger yesterday, shot 5 under but missed 4 short putts after the storm delay. Should have been at least 7 under for that round, flawless approach play, holing out from the fairway, hitting flag sticks and generally flag hunting hole after hole. Amazing to watch last night, Tiger at his very best, just a pity the putts didn't drop.

Watching the PGA Major on "Eleven Sports". They had a free 7 day trial, so took advantage of it. Picture quality and coverage/commentary isn't great, but will do.

Cannot believe that neither Sky, BT or BBC have any coverage of it whatsoever. Not even highlights! It isn't some mickey mouse tournament, it's a major championship!

Scandalous.

Agree but decided not to do the free trial in the hope that the PGA tour will come to their senses and get this on an easily accessible platform next year.

From some reading it seems that the US PGA wanted a sh*te load of money and to appeal to a younger audience . What they ended up with is no audience young or old . This will change next year unless they entered into a contract that is . HUGE mistake as no one in UK or EU is watching the 100th US PGA championship .

I was lucky too as I nearly purchased a week pass on NowTV without checking. I'd just assumed Sky had it. It was only when I was looking for the kick off time of the Liverpool game did I see that Sky Sports Gold just had Open highlights on.

I agree though, what a calamity. One of the main golf tournaments of the year, and completely shunned. It's not a great situation with the golf really. Should be much easier to watch the big tournaments than it is. I hate the way we get the Masters coverage as well.

What a disaster by the USPGA.
Surely heads will roll over this calamity.

Like others I just assumed it was on Sky and went searching for it to no avail.
For a ‘major’ to be treated like this is terrible.
