The art is insanely good. The world building is amazing. Its the biggest shame because the story is predictable and boring. The plot is super forced by the characters making silly decisions. I assume the budget went into the background and character designs because the animation was really lacking in a lot of places although there were a couple scenes that were satisfying to watch from an animation perspective. There was an interesting theme about class structure i thought was going to be explored, but it didnt go very deep. It wasnt a big deal since this is a childrens show and you cant expect too much on that front. I guess i was expecting more given i was a fan of Radford's work. If you like appreciating great art in a show with cliched characters and sorta budgeted animation, go watch it!
