Impact of Brexit on Small Business

Hoping some members here will be able to help out a little. My son is surveying small businesses to find out a bit more about how they think a hard or soft Brexit will affect them. It would be great if anyone involved with a small business could take 5 minutes to complete his short questionnaire before next Thursday.
