This survey is on behalf of Journalistic dot org and will be used in a wider data package for journalists of nationals and regionals. Although not academic as such, there is no commercial angle on it.

Note that you have posted your link in an odd way - it is in two parts rather than one.  If you don’t notice (as most won’t) and hit the first part of the link it will fail.  But if you happen to click the second part of the link, it works fine.
