Do you have evidence to support this?  As far as the EU have stated, revoking Article 50 means we retain all previous vetoes/exclusions and continue as before.

I specifically didn't say that we continue with them going long into the future, just that we continue as before.  Prior to invoking A50 we have vetoes/exclusions from the Euro & Schengen and, in the case of revoking A50, we would still have them.

Edit - That link also states "report on possible evolutions.." and was dated 3 years' ago.  I'm not suggesting that the EU won't evolve, just that it's not evidence of the fact stated by Apolloa that, "we will HAVE to sign up to anything the EU forces us to" which seems very specific.

Theresa has achieved her objective: to remain in the EU. That has been her ambition all along.

Well done Theresa.

She can now happily retire from politics and watch the fallout from a distance just as her predecessor has done.

I personally have no problem with the future of this country now because Westminster has, thanks to Brexit, proved beyond a shadow of doubt it is incapable of independently running a country - this country needs the EU to prop it up against the weak and divided Westminster bubble.

We might just as well go the whole hog and take on board the Euro.

I have no idea which thread to put this in, so it's in here.

One of the reasons I voted Remain.  The EU adds an extra layer of bureaucracy to frustrate, slow or prevent any radical populist politics for individual member states.

"Radical populist politics" is increasing in EU countries. Not doing well is it?

I thought the Government couldn't revoke article 50 without a second referendum?

Also, businesses are already suffering.
Many are suffering badly. Businesses don't like the unknown, therefore a lot of cap ex is on hold.

Remainers on Social media seem quite convinced that May can revoke article 50 at the stroke of a pen.

Which is why they seemed to have moved on from wanting a “People’s vote” to just outright Revoke.

No idea how true that is. I tend to take most things Remainers say with a pinch of salt
