Is it just me, or does everything Samsung break?

I always have considered Samsung the poor man's choice - Phones, TVs, washing machines - Have always had a less than satisfactory experience. I take each device on it's own merits and I'm not brand loyal but I'll always look at other brands first.
I also hate their bloated version of Android.
