Elonex Artisan

Hi,
I'm looking for any help or advice that I might be able to get thanks guys, I'm new here and not very tech minded or gadget savvy I'm afraid

My dad won a gadgets competition and one of the items in the prize was an Elonex Artisan, as in this link:

My dad is in his 80's and has no use for this - it's still in it's box and has never been used. Could you tell me, is the Elonex Artisan something that he might be able to sell on quite easily and if so what sort of an outlet/person might be interested in buying it - and what would be a fair price to ask for.

It appears to be a twelve to fourteen year old home theatre PC.

If that's the case then it's likely worth no more than other PCs of a similar age are selling for. Possibly less, as they tended not to follow normal component standards so re-use would be harder.

Thank you for your response. He's had it in his attic for years and we only came across it last month during a clear out so it's all still packed up in it's original box! We've no idea what to do with it so it looks like it'll end up back in the attic again for now! Thanks again for replying,  it's greatly appreciated
