Ring floodlight camera with Vodafone network

Hi I’m having problems trying to view live on my camera while I’m out and it’s only on my phone data as have tried using another device on different network and it works fine has anyone else had the same problem and who are with Vodafone ?

I think you need to troubleshoot a bit more than blaming Vodafone straight off. Swap sims with the other person. Different device and same app might be settings on the devices. Check each device settings and app settings as well. If all checks out then go after Vodafone
