It doesn't shock me as there are many high street stores that bend rules and because there big they think and do get away with it, for awhile.
Another big high street store, House of Fraser I can name as doggy with there version of distant selling rules and its a shop I look forward to seeing folding in the near future. There so big you don’t expect problems and even store managers when you ask are flabbergasted, or so it seems, when you asked them face to face about delivery charges or returns.
Won’t go into the problems I had with them because their problems are all over net but unsuspecting me fell into the click and collect trap and was the first and last time I ever buy anything from them. |
