How accurate is Facebook location settings

So. Bit awkward. My wife left earlier to stay with her sister for the night. Her sister lives on the Surrey/ Hampshire border. I’ve been sat scrolling Facebook and she has location settings turned on so as I came to “nearby friends” i was surprised to see her logged in 100 miles
Away from where she should have been. Bearing in mind she accesses Facebook through 4g on her iPhone is there any chance it could be incorrect or do I need to start asking questions

Nothing to worry about, If she is connecting to FB with a cell phone it’s because cell phone IP addresses are frequently not even close to where you actually are it's just the way phone carriers allocate their IP addresses.
