I'm after some advice to which camera is better. I.e picture quality value for money

It's a toss up between.
Hikvision 4mp DS-2cd2347g1-l which is an IP camera and the Hikvision DS-2ce72hft-f28. Which is hd

Both are colorvu cameras.

Any help will be much appreciated.

I will go for DS-2cd2347g1-l IP Camera as it comes with many features such as a Built-in micro SD/SDHC/SDXC slot, up to 128GB. I will be able to use it without NVR as well as it will store recording internally and Built-in Mic optional. And also support H.265 , H.264  compression which means Good quality with less storage space.
