Can't wait, hopefully Nole can win Cincinatti and win the US Open again. With Nadal out it would be in Nole's/Roger's best interests to go in as second seed to avoid playing Murray in the semi. Watch out for what seed Del Potro is because if he's in the same side of the draw as number 1 and Murray then that's an incredibly tough draw.

I'm expecting a Murray/Djokovic final if they aren't in the same side of the draw.

Andy Roddick is retiring after this tournament. I'm quite sad tbh, he was my first favourite tennis player and was the player that got me into the sport. Thinking about the 2009 Wimbledon final always makes me want to cry.

Well done Laura Robson. Is she beginning to progress into the next stage of her career I wonder?

She has not really blown anything apart since winning Wimbledon Juniors 4 years ago, but has looked really good this year and should move up a lot of places in the World Rankings after this win.

I can't find any useful websites for the tournament, Surprisingly the BBC website isn't to helpful. I've only recently started to follow Tennis, so if anyone can help me out, that would be appreciated. If Andy Murray wins in the 3rd round, when will he next play?

Not sure where you looked but a quick google of US Open brings up the official site which has everything you need.

And another

In all fairness she is still only 18 and plenty of time to develop her game. With all these young flash in the pan Eastern Europeans who win a Slam and then disappear back down the rankings there is undue pressure in the women's game these days
