Get some rest in before the para-olympics start

There's bound to be a blu ray around in a few months. Buy that and watch Mo's last lap in both races again. And again. And again. With volume on 11.
And keep on doing it until Rio. It's what I'll be doing

This. Because the Olympics has been so amazing the Para-olympics is now practically sold out and will have a huge tv audience. I'm certainly going to watch a lot of it while the Olympic spirit is going strong. Hope they continue with the full interactive service on the bbc

i think the Paralymipcs is broadcast by Ch4.

Sorry to disappoint you but the Paralympics is only on Channel 4. It's on BBC Radio 5 Live, but on TV it's just C4. I've no idea if it will be the one channel or if they have any kind of multi channel offering.
