Can't wait to hear the stories of what really happened in Australia. He's gone from being a 'million dollar asset' a few days ago to effectively bring booted out of the side for good.

You don't drop your best player. England have if rebuilding is really taking place then the likes of Jimmy Anderson need to go first.

Stuart Broad should be made captain and the horribly boring and negative Cook should get back to focusing on his batting. He's the worst captain we've had in over 20 years.

agree KP is past his best BUT how has Cook come out of this as captain still when he  didn't have a clue how to fight back after the first test thrashing we got.batted poorly himself fielded badly dropped  several catches  looked like he had  given up even before the 3rd test all i can think is he has a lot of good mates at the ECB
