Pape's was a cheap shot, and he deserves a heavy punishment.

Looks like Russell's been cited too...

Good.

Given the severity of Heaslip's injury, I think 10 weeks is a let-off.

what happened to Heaslip was an outrage and shows that the French haven't quite expunged the thuggish element from their game

Scotland the nearly men yet again. Found myself cheering on Italy in those last few minutes. Not the greatest of test matches but enjoyable. Now for 80 minutes of gut wrenching being a Taff.

Great arm wrestle in Paris. Best Welsh display of the championship and a deserved win. Looking forward to Ireland v England, should be a terrific game to watch as a neutral. Think Ireland will just shave it.

Good to see Italy not implode as they've done so often.

I thought Wales looked in control of that game, pretty much from start to finish. Not sure why Saint-Andre felt the urge to sub Parra, by far their best player....

Tomorrow's going to be really interesting. Can't call it.... Living with an English lady, I expect a certain amount of banter!!!

I'm going to put myself through the pain of watching Cardiff v Edinburgh first...

Great days rugby bar FRANCE! I now support every team that plays them. For a nation which has produced so many great players and have a tradition of playing exciting rugby its very disappointing to see them resort to Bastareaud who has neither the pace or guile to play OC. They need to drop him ,they need some consistency in selection and for goodness sake, Saint Andre -go! How about a Kiwi coach?
Wales were excellent and have clearly put the England mare behind them .People wrote them after that defeat but every team has a bad day
I  was pleased for Italy .At last they are playing more rugby and showed great determination  in getting a well deserved win . Bad luck for Scotland but they had poor second half and FH that doesnt understand the with a few minutes to go you have to get your penalty kick into touch.
Apprehensive about tomorrow as I dont think Ireland have quite shown their best yet.

Funny enough we bumped into The Chief on Friday in Ponty, perhaps the Blues should play all of thier games in the House of Pain. I still remember Chief flattening the Bath players. Happy days. Going to watch the Irish game in a pub in Pontneddfechan (Ospreys territory). Wife said she will drive. Happy days.

I love the Six Nations.
