it changes with the seasons, in summer outdoor activities cycling/motocross 4 hours a week. during the winter, training indoors, such as circuit training and table tennis... it's tougher than you think!
Gym 6 nights a week where it's mainly hard target cardio (low impact - high intensity) and boxing and I also cycle and swim. Played a decent level of rugby and a not very decent level of football for years until my leg and ankle got smashed up in a leg sandwich tackle (rugby). That effectively put paid to my sporting pursuits because I cannot perform any quick twist and turn movements with my body weight on my knackered ankle or I'm limping badly for weeks. I cannot tell you how much I miss participating in sport.
