Appreciate your concern bogside but its not worth worrying about, honest info is allowed to be told to anyone, a bit like Hughesy going on the morning line and telling the world he's a got a great chance on one of Hannons or something, he cannot control all the other horses so the result is out of his control. Now if he said it wont win.......... then the problems occur.
I will never tell somebody that a horse won't win or anything that would be deemed underhand because frankly i have never ever come across that side of racing. Every morning in Newmarket the watchers go out, stand by the horse crossings and gallops and ask the lads, "what worked best today" or "how did blah blah work this morning" Thats where the racing post get alot of their info and where most of the tips come from around town.
A good honest bet is all they ever are, its when you have the muppets from illegal betting rings and fixed pattern betting trying to find out info which ruins it.
Edit: having said that, i dont wish to bring any unwanted attention to anyone so i'll edit it |
