Wow. Brilliant. I had no idea...
This kind of work is right up my alley. Brassai is probably my favourite photographer and this is very reminiscent of his work - a bit edgier than Cartier-Bresson, IMO.

Nice, I assume it was intended but a lot of the shots look like they were with a wide aperture or a longer lens to blur the back ground making the subject pop out a bit. Some interesting composition as well, like the girl with the doll.
