I've had terrible sleep patterns lately. Naps during the day, up half the night, wake up late on days off, struggle on work days.
I work shifts, day or night.
There's no way I'd ever manually log my sleep but I wanted an easy solution so am thinking of a fitness band. What would people recommend?
My main criteria are - must know when I'm sleeping. Sometimes I doze off in a chair and have an uncomfortable hour's nap. does this log?
- must be comfortable to wear when sleeping - I've never worn a watch or anything else to bed so don't want a behemoth on my wrist
- a nice iOS app with decent interface (and good web features/interface)
I don't really care about steps or any other fitness tracking. I have an apple watch, bluetooth HRM, smart scales, step tracker on my phone and general apathy for these measurements except at certain specific times, for which I already have highly rated dedicated devices
on first look, Jawbone Up 3 for £50 from amazon seems like a good option. i've backordered one.
