Samsung gear S3 or Huawei W1?

i am looking for a smart watch. I have owned the gear S and Apple Watch in the past. I find it handy to control my Spotify while driving, answer calls, can reply to messages via voice control as not supposed to use phone in warehouse and easier to look at the time rather than getting phone out.
I have the s7 edge and was wondering which of these 2 phones you would go for giving the Huawei costs £170 and Samsung around £300 or £350 also as I say I want the ability to control Spotify, tell phone what song to play, answer calls, reply to texts or what's app etc.

It depends on what else you want your watch to do and I guess which OS you prefer.
I haven't owned either but I've looked at both and read a lot of reviews and although the Huawei is a bargain price right now I'm still going for the S3 for the following reasons.

Built in GPS
4 day battery life vs. 1.5 day
Tizen OS vs. Android Wear (Early Samsung watches used Android Wear and quickly changed to their own OS due to their frustrations, also the next Huawei watch is rumored to be moving to Tizen)
IP 68 vs. IP 67
It looks much better in my opinion (huawei looks a bit cheap to me)
The rotating bezel is great
Bigger screen - better for dodgy eyes!
Samsung Pay vs. Android Pay (Android pay only supports NFC, Samsung Pay supports NFC and MST...but it is still not in use in the UK - supposed to be before the end of the year).

But if all you need it to do is calls, texts and Spotify then the Huawei might be a better option as it is now really cheap!
