I am looking for a smartwatch with the following features please:

PedometerHeart Rate monitorCall/message notificationCircular face if possibleApp on iPhone which shows weekly steps, calories burned etcNo 'flat tyre' such as Moto 360Found some watches such as KW18 and Yarrashop models but not sure if their app is in Chinese?
