Hi, not sure if I’m doing something wrong but I find that the exercise tracking isn’t accurate at all, today for example I done a 90 minute bike ride, started the watch app for a ride, and after it is saying I have done 5 minuets of exercise? Do I need to do something else?

Where is it saying you've done 5 mins of exercise exactly? And does the 90 minute bike ride show in your workouts on your Activity app on the iPhone?

Hi, I'm sorry but I didn't see the reply! I finally decided to take my watch to the Apple store and although they can't test anything in store they agreed that it was not logging correctly (1 day I came down the stairs in the morning, got in my car and after a couple of hours driving it was telling me I had done 22 flights of stairs! It was also showing a resting bpm of about 40 and I am not mr universe lol) I left the watch with them and I had a nice new watch delivered 3 days later. Very good service as usual from Apple, but can I please have the old watch back as it was telling me I was much fitter and active with the old watch!!!
